Frequently asked questions
How do the monthly quotas work?+
The two product lines work differently. Vectorization (SVG, PDF, EPS, DXF) is charged when each conversion starts, within your plan's monthly quota. Embroidery (DST, PES, JEF…) converts and previews freely with no limit: you only spend an unlock on the first download of the machine file. Counters reset with every monthly cycle; unused allowance does not roll over. After switching to a smaller plan mid-cycle, a line may show 0 remaining until the next reset — nothing is taken away retroactively.
What happens when I change plans?+
The change is immediate and prorated by Inflowpay (merchant of record): upgrading charges the difference right away; downgrading converts the unused portion of the period into account credit, deducted from upcoming invoices and never refunded in cash. Your usage for the current cycle is kept. One restriction: switching from a yearly to a monthly subscription is not immediate — cancel and resubscribe (access runs until the period ends).
Can I try embroidery without paying?+
Yes — and more than a trial: embroidery previews (full stitch simulation) are free and unlimited. You only pay when downloading the machine file: 5, 20 or 50 unlocks per month depending on the plan, or the no-subscription pack (5 files for €9.90).
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes, no commitment: cancellation takes one click from your account and takes effect at the end of the current period. Your account then reverts to the free plan.
What happens if a conversion fails?+
A failed vectorization is automatically restituted. Embroidery conversions are free: you only pay when downloading a result you have already seen.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly?+
The quotas are identical. The yearly subscription offers the equivalent of 2 free months compared to monthly.
Which file formats are supported?+
You can import PNG, JPG, SVG, WebP, GIF, BMP and TIFF files, and export to SVG, PDF, EPS or DXF — or machine embroidery files (DST, PES, JEF, VP3, plus EXP, U01 and XXX for professional machines) depending on your creative or production needs.
Is the payment secure?+
Yes. All payments are processed by Inflowpay (merchant of record) with end-to-end encryption, tax included. We never store your card details.
