Frequently asked questions
How do the monthly quotas work?+
Each plan includes a number of conversions per month, separate for vectorization (SVG, PDF, EPS, DXF) and embroidery (DST, PES, JEF, VP3). Counters refill at each monthly cycle; unused conversions do not roll over. After switching to a smaller plan mid-cycle, a line may show 0 conversions left until the next refill if you have already used more than the new plan's quota — nothing is taken away retroactively.
What happens when I change plans?+
The change is immediate and prorated by Inflowpay (merchant of record): upgrading charges the difference right away; downgrading converts the unused portion of the period into account credit, deducted from upcoming invoices and never refunded in cash. Your usage for the current cycle is kept. One restriction: switching from a yearly to a monthly subscription is not immediate — cancel and resubscribe (access runs until the period ends).
Can I try embroidery without paying?+
Yes. The free plan includes 2 embroidery conversions per month — enough to test on your machine. The Vector plan includes 5, and the Embroidery and Studio plans go up to 20 then 50 conversions per month.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes, no commitment: cancellation takes one click from your account and takes effect at the end of the current period. Your account then reverts to the free plan.
What happens if a conversion fails?+
It is not counted: the quota is automatically restituted. You never consume a conversion that doesn't complete.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly?+
The quotas are identical. The yearly subscription offers the equivalent of 2 free months compared to monthly.
Which file formats are supported?+
You can import PNG, JPG, SVG, WebP, GIF, BMP and TIFF files, and export to SVG, PDF, EPS or DXF — or machine embroidery files (DST, PES, JEF, VP3, plus EXP, U01 and XXX for professional machines) depending on your creative or production needs.
Is the payment secure?+
Yes. All payments are processed by Inflowpay (merchant of record) with end-to-end encryption, tax included. We never store your card details.
